FOUNDER'S BUILDING, BLACK PINE CIRCLE SCHOOL, BERKELEY, CA
This new building for a K-9th grade private school campus was constructed on a minimal budget within a limited site area. Designed with deference to its residential context, the building replaced two portable classrooms with two new classrooms, a multipurpose room, a roof terrace, boys' and girls' rooms, and an elevator.
