HILLSIDE RESIDENCE, OAKLAND, CA
Major renovation and an addition to this 1937 hillside house required a complete seismic upgrade including multiple story steel frames. Fully gutted and redesigned interiors include a new master suite upstairs, a new kitchen and family room on the main floor opeing to a large roof patio, and a new guest unit downstairs. The front and rear yards were re-graded to create terraces with new landscaping, stairs and trellises.
