VERMONT AVENUE TERRACE, BERKELEY, CA
Sinking, grown over, and difficult to reach, the original backyard patio was replaced with a series of three brick terraces and low stucco walls designed to complement the Neo-Tudor residence. The interior hall and doors were reconfigured to facilitate a flow from kitchen to garden.
